Mr. Yu is an expert of US stocks value investment. Weiching began his first stock trading in 2005 as a rooster, and achieved 30% return on investment for the first year. In the following year, he retained 100% return and the average return has been 39% among the past ten years. In year 2012, Weiching, Chadsel, founder of Chadsel LLC, and acquaintance Yvonne Liao started to form the institute Weiching Global Value Fund, it is then founded in 2013.

Mr. Weiching Yu’s strength lies in the research of corporation’s intrinsic value. With in-depth analysis of fundamental and operation intel, Weiching gains insights of unrealized values of stocks. He then proceeds with the best timing to acquire the stocks. Weiching tends to hold positions for long-term, and sells them when values diminished.

Chadsel Chen

Chadsel Chen is a Managing Partner of Chadsel, LLC which he co-founded with Weiching Yu.

Before founded Chadsel LLC, he was Director of the structured credit hedge fund － Christofferson Robb and Company, LLC, with offices in New York and London for 13 years. Prior to joining Christofferson Robb and Company, LLC in 2007, he worked at various roles in different startups and participated some M&A and one IPO activities. He specializes in TMT sector industry, legal and IT consulting and general operation.

Yvonne Liao

Yvonne’s strength lies in building trusting and mutually beneficial relationships with customers. With her cordial personality, she coordinates with business partners to achieve various operational goals. Ms. Liao also effectively mediates between internal departments when there’s a need. She joined Chadsel LLC in 2012 to co-found a hedge fund with Mr. Chen.

In 2004, Ms. Liao began to utilize low-interest loans and return-promising funds and bonds to generate cash flow. Subsequently, starting from zero, she used her gain and professional income to invest in stock market with Mr. Weiching Yu. Yvonne has been steadily flowed in funds during the past decade.

Chief Technology Officer

Timothy Lam

Mr. Lam is an expert in Cloud Computing with practical and in-depth knowledge of cloud servers, switches, storages and integrated structure. He manages various projects and accounts for product development and business ventures.

Timothy also specialized in AI/Machine Learning with focus on technical research of GPU computing. Besides meeting the equipment needs of AI computing for Cloud Service Providers, Mr. Lam also actively develop the integrated AI/BI solutions for the general businesses.

During 2014 to 2015, Timothy dedicated to SDN/virtual network research, and delved into working with several startups. To that end, he successfully integrated software and hardware of Ethernet switch with OpenStack/OpenFlow for the commissioned enterprise.

AJ Chen

Started with none, AJ built the first luxury-brand shopping website in Taiwan that brought the highest billing amount per sale in the country. AJ Chen received investment from venture capitalist at this first business establishment of his. Meanwhile, his accomplishment was applauded by Apple Daily News and Liberty Time News. The business was successful and acquired by a public company several years after its inception.

AJ’s strengths are in the areas of foreseeing conflicts, providing solutions, innovating products, analyzing competition and business models, and augmenting teams. With his more than 7-year executive experience, AJ’s achievement including being accounted for a sales team of 35, product lines of 14, and the operation of a multi-billion-revenue enterprise. AJ Chen is knowledgeable of marketing budgeting and strategy implementation. He has five-year experience of e-commerce and digital marketing.
